Manu Indrayan is a seasoned entrepreneur with over three decades of experience in building and scaling consumer-led businesses in India. An engineer from BITS Pilani and an MBA from IIM Bangalore, he began his career in financial consulting at Arthur Andersen before taking the entrepreneurial leap at just 24. 

Since then, he has founded and led multiple ventures across manufacturing, early e-commerce, retail, and lifestyle brands—most notably co-founding 612 League, one of India’s pioneering kidswear brands. 

Through Cohesive Minds, Manu brings this rich entrepreneurial journey full circle. He now mentors students, professionals, and early-stage founders—especially those building consumer, retail, and lifestyle ventures—by equipping them with practical financial skills, real-world business insights, and the ability to convert ideas into sustainable businesses. 

His mission is to make financial literacy and entrepreneurial thinking accessible to everyone stepping into the future of work.
